Invalid Configuration on Power-Up
Schneider Electric · Altistart 22 Soft Starter
Hva betyr CFF ?
The soft starter detected an invalid or corrupted configuration during its power-up sequence. This prevents proper initialization and operation, as the device cannot load a valid set of parameters.
Vanlige årsaker
- Corrupted firmware or parameter memory due to power fluctuations (e.g., brownout, surge) during a write operation.
- Incompatible parameter file loaded from an external source (e.g., PC software, HMI) designed for a different model or firmware version.
- Internal non-volatile memory (e.g., EEPROM, flash) degradation or a hardware fault on the control board.
- Firmware update process was interrupted or failed, leading to an incomplete or corrupted operating system image.
- Incorrect parameter backup/restore procedure (e.g., attempting to restore a corrupt file via P8-01).
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Perform a factory reset via the soft starter keypad (e.g., setting P0-01 to 'Reset') and then re-enter essential motor parameters (e.g., P1-01, P1-02).
- 2
2. Attempt to upload a known-good parameter file from a reliable backup source (e.g., SD card, PC) using the soft starter's communication port (e.g., RS-485).
- 3
3. Cycle power to the soft starter; allow 30 seconds for full discharge before reapplying power to initiate a complete cold boot.
- 4
4. Verify the soft starter's firmware version (e.g., displayed at power-up or via P9-01) against the expected version for the application.
- 5
5. If available, connect to the soft starter via diagnostic software (e.g., manufacturer's tool) to inspect configuration memory and attempt a firmware re-flash.
