Undervoltage protection
Mitsubishi Electric · A500 Inverter
Hva betyr E.UVT ?
This function stops the inverter output if the power supply voltage reduces below 150V (for 200V class inverters) or approximately 300V (for 400V class inverters). This prevents decreased motor torque and increased heat generation in the control circuit. This function also activates if a jumper or DC reactor is not connected across terminals P/+-P1.
Vanlige årsaker
- Main input voltage to the drive is below the minimum acceptable threshold (P1-02).
- Loose connection on the main power input terminals.
- Failure of the DC bus capacitor within the inverter.
- Severe voltage drop under load due to undersized wiring.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Measure the incoming power supply voltage at the inverter input terminals R, S, T.
- 2
Check for startup of large-capacity motors or equipment on the same power supply line causing voltage sags.
- 3
Verify that a jumper or DC reactor is securely connected across terminals P/+-P1.
- 4
Inspect the power supply system equipment for stable voltage output.
