Overvoltage PMx
KPS Intermediate Circuit Overvoltage During Operation
Kuka · KR C2 Robot Controller
Hva betyr Overvoltage PMx ?
An overvoltage condition has been detected in the intermediate circuit of the KPS module (PMx) during operation. This can be caused by excessively high mains voltage or a defective ballast switch not dissipating regenerative energy.
Vanlige årsaker
- Intermediate circuit voltage exceeds the safe limit during operation.
- Regenerative braking feedback too high without sufficient load.
- Power supply fluctuations.
- Faulty capacitor bank in the intermediate circuit.
- Overvoltage protection device failure.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Measure the incoming mains voltage at the KPS input terminals. If it exceeds specifications, identify and rectify the source of the high voltage.
- 2
If the mains voltage is within specifications, the ballast switch inside the KPS module may be defective; exchange the KPS module.
