Backup power overload
Fronius · Symo Advanced
Hva betyr Backup power overload ?
This status code indicates that the inverter has stopped operating in backup power mode due to excessive electrical loads connected to the PV Point. The inverter has a maximum continuous output of 1560 W (120V at 13A) and an overload capacity of 35% for a duration of 5 seconds, depending on the current PV module power.
Vanlige årsaker
- Connected electrical loads at the PV Point (OP) terminal exceed the inverter's continuous power rating of 1560 W.
- Transient load surges (e.g., from motor startups) exceed the inverter's short-term overload capacity of 35% for more than 5 seconds.
- Insufficient energy generation from the PV modules to support the connected loads at the PV Point.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Measure the total power consumption of all loads connected to the PV Point (OP) terminal and compare it against the inverter's continuous output rating of 1560 W.
- 2
Disconnect non-essential loads from the PV Point to reduce the overall power demand below 1560 W.
- 3
Evaluate if any loads connected to the PV Point cause high inrush currents (e.g., fridges, freezers) that exceed the 35% overload capacity for longer than 5 seconds. Consider connecting these loads to a different circuit if possible.
- 4
Verify that the PV modules are generating sufficient power to support the connected loads, especially during peak demand.
