AMA check Unom and Inom

Hva betyr ALARM 51 ?
The settings for motor voltage, motor current, or motor power are presumably incorrect. This prevents the Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) function from accurately identifying motor parameters, leading to suboptimal or incorrect motor control.
Vanlige årsaker
- Incorrect motor nominal voltage (P1-20) entered in the drive parameters compared to the motor nameplate.
- Incorrect motor nominal current (P1-21) entered in the drive parameters compared to the motor nameplate.
- Incorrect motor nominal power (P1-22) entered, leading to miscalculation of motor impedance.
- Motor connection (star/delta) specified in P1-10 does not match the actual motor winding configuration.
- An auxiliary motor or device (e.g., brake, fan) is connected during AMA, skewing the impedance measurement.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Compare the motor nameplate data (nominal voltage, current, power) with parameters P1-20, P1-21, P1-22.
- 2
Verify the motor connection type (star or delta) matches the setting in P1-10 (Motor Connection).
- 3
Ensure no mechanical load is coupled to the motor shaft during the AMA process.
- 4
Check for any auxiliary devices (e.g., brakes, heaters) connected to the motor terminals that might interfere with current sensing.
- 5
Reset drive to factory defaults (P14-22 = 1 or 2) then re-enter motor data and retry AMA.
