• Failure of the cooling fan motor due to seized bearings, open winding, or debris obstruction.
• Accumulation of dust and debris on fan blades, restricting airflow and causing overheating.
• Faulty power supply to the fan, originating from the drive's power card.
• Incorrect fan installed or improperly mounted, leading to reduced cooling efficiency (if fan was replaced).
• Control signal failure from the drive's control card to the fan module.
