I1 Incompat PS
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
Hva betyr 10132 ?
The drive has detected an incompatible power supply for the drive AC input rating on port 1. This can lead to improper operation or damage if not addressed.
Vanlige årsaker
- Connected power supply voltage (e.g., line-to-line 480VAC) exceeds or falls below the acceptable input voltage range specified for drive input Port 1 (e.g., rated for 400VAC).
- Incorrect phase configuration (e.g., single-phase supply connected to a three-phase input Port 1) for the drive's design.
- Input frequency (Hz) of the connected power supply is outside the drive's operational limits for Port 1 (e.g., 50 Hz drive with 60 Hz input).
- Internal voltage measurement circuit failure for input Port 1, leading to an erroneous incompatible power supply detection.
- Connecting a DC power source to an AC input Port 1, or vice versa, if the drive supports multiple input types (e.g., Parameter P0-10 for input type selection).

- 1
1. Measure the actual line-to-line voltage (VAC) and frequency (Hz) of the power supply connected to drive input terminals R1/L1, S1/L2, T1/L3 using a multimeter.
- 2
2. Compare the measured supply voltage and frequency to the drive's specified input ratings found on its nameplate or documentation for Port 1.
- 3
3. Verify the number of phases (single or three-phase) of the incoming supply matches the drive's configuration for Port 1 (e.g., Parameter P0-10 for input phase type).
- 4
4. Inspect the wiring connections at drive input terminals R1/L1, S1/L2, T1/L3 for correct phase rotation and secure termination.
- 5
5. If a step-down or isolation transformer is used, verify its output voltage and kVA rating are compatible with the drive's Port 1 requirements.
