ACTM Error
Mitsubishi Electric · PUZ-HA30/36NHA4 Outdoor Unit
What does 20 mean?
This fault indicates an error related to the ACTM (Active Current Total Monitoring) component or its associated circuitry, which is usually part of the power board, detected during error postponement (U9 status). This could stem from a defective ACTM unit or issues with its wiring (CNAF). A malfunctioning ACTM can lead to inaccurate current measurements and improper operation of the unit's power-related functions, risking incorrect protection and system damage.
Repair Steps
- 1
Check the CNAF wiring for proper connection, tightness, and any signs of damage or dislodgement between the ACTM and the power board.
- 2
Inspect the ACTM component itself for any visible damage or signs of malfunction.
- 3
Examine the power circuit board for any related damage or issues with the ACTM interface circuit.
- 4
If the CNAF wiring is secure and the ACTM or its related power board circuitry is defective, replacement of the ACTM and/or the power circuit board will be required.
