Input Current Sensor Error

What does 04 mean?

This fault indicates a problem with the input current sensor, which is typically located on the power circuit board, detected during error postponement (U9 status). A faulty sensor will provide incorrect current readings to the control system, potentially leading to improper current monitoring, incorrect protection responses, or operational instability and component damage.

   Visually inspect the input current sensor and its connections on the power circuit board for any damage, dislodgement, or loose wiring.

   Check the functionality of the input current sensor, if possible, by comparing its readings with an external clamp meter while the unit is operating or attempting to start.

   Inspect the power circuit board for any signs of damage or malfunction related to the current sensing circuit.
