OL
Stall prevention (Over current)
Mitsubishi Electric · Mitsubishi A500 Inverter
What does OL mean?
This is a warning indicating that the stall prevention function has been activated due to motor current exceeding 150% (or the value set in Pr. 22) of the rated inverter current. During acceleration, deceleration, or constant-speed operation, the frequency is adjusted to prevent an overcurrent shut-off. The inverter output is *not* shut off.
Additional Steps
Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.
- 3
If system conditions allow, consider making stall prevention inoperative by setting Pr. 156 ('stall prevention operation selection'), though this increases the risk of overcurrent trips.
