PR1

Parameter set 1 defective

Lenze · SHB4800/4900

What does PR1 mean?

This fault specifically indicates that user-defined parameter set 1, stored in the drive's memory, has become corrupted or is invalid. By default, this condition is configured as a Warning, meaning it alerts the operator and is logged, but it does not immediately inhibit pulses. Using a defective parameter set can lead to improper drive operation or damage.

Additional Steps

Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.

  1. 3

Resave the parameter set: After correcting or re-entering, save parameter set 1 using the appropriate save function (e.g., C003).

  2. 4

Perform a full power cycle: Power off the drive completely, wait, and power it back on to refresh memory.

  3. 5

Check for drive memory issues: If multiple parameter sets are frequently becoming defective, it might indicate a deeper hardware issue with the drive's non-volatile memory.
