What does 122 mean?

The brake cable monitoring device has detected a short-circuit, overloading, or a break in the brake cable connection. This will result in path-maintaining braking and stop program execution.

   Rectify the fault in the brake cable (short-circuit, overloading, or break in connection).

   Reset the fault by pressing the hardware acknowledgement button 'ACK' on the DSE I module.
