26035

Intermediate circuit voltage too high, KPP/KSP (axis)

Kuka · KR C4 Operating Instructions

What does 26035 mean?

An overvoltage condition has occurred in the intermediate DC circuit during operation. This can be caused by high incoming mains voltage, a fault in the ballast switch, or excessive braking energy being fed back into the DC bus.

Repair Steps

  1. 1

Review the trace recording of the intermediate circuit voltage for transient or sustained overvoltage spikes.

  2. 2

Measure the incoming mains voltage to ensure it is within specified limits for the drive system.

  3. 3

Check the ballast switch for proper operation and functionality, ensuring it can dissipate excess energy.

  4. 4

If excessive load during braking is identified, review and reduce the braking energy or frequency in the application program.

  5. 5

Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle of the entire system.

  6. 6

Check the KSP module and KPP module for diagnostic indicators related to DC bus voltage.
