What does 26032 mean?

The axis is experiencing an overload, indicated by the mean continuous current being too high or excessive power consumption. This can be caused by an excessive load in the robot program, recent machine modifications, or adverse temperature influences on the system.

   If the fault occurs during start-up, evaluate the robot program for excessive load demands on the axis.

   Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle of the entire system.

   If the fault occurs during operation, check the machine for any mechanical modifications or increased load.

   Review the trace recording of the axis current for performance data to identify peak loads or sustained high current.

   Adapt the program velocity to reduce the load on the axis during motion.
