What does MR12 mean?

The MR12 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 12. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 12 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 12 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR12 will be in the '0' state.

   Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 12 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).

   Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 12.

   If monitoring space 12 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR12 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
