Fanuc · Series 30i/31i/32i-MODEL B Plus
What does F mean?
The cooling fan responsible for the inverter's radiator has stopped functioning. Possible causes include the fan not running, a defective fan motor connector or cable, or a failure within the Servo Amplifier. A non-operational radiator fan can lead to critical overheating.
Common Causes
- Fan not running
- Fan motor connector or cable defective
- Servo Amplifier failure
Repair Steps
- 1
Inspect the radiator cooling fan for obstructions, debris, or physical damage.
- 2
Verify the fan motor connector and cable for secure connection and electrical continuity.
- 3
If the fan and its cabling are confirmed functional, replace the Servo Amplifier.
