SV0423
Cumulative Travel Exceeded (Torque Control)
Fanuc · Series 0i-MODEL F Plus Parameter
What does SV0423 mean?
This servo alarm is issued if the cumulative travel value (error counter value) during torque control exceeds the maximum allowable value set in parameter 1885. This alarm is enabled when bit 4 (TQF) of parameter No. 1803 is set to 0, indicating that follow-up is not performed during torque control. Exceeding this limit suggests excessive movement or an issue with the torque control mechanism.
Repair Steps
- 1
Verify the value of parameter No. 1885 (Maximum allowable value for total travel during torque control) for the affected axis.
- 2
Check bit 4 (TQF) of parameter No. 1803 to confirm it is set to 0, enabling this alarm for the axis.
