There is a faulty connection between the terminal board and the control board. This critical connection is necessary for processing all input/output signals (e.g., start/stop commands, speed references, fault outputs). A poor connection can lead to unreliable control, intermittent operation, or a complete lack of response from the drive, affecting machine safety and performance.

• Loose or damaged ribbon cable connecting the terminal board to the main control board.
• Corrosion or bent pins on the connector between the terminal board and the control board.
• Physical damage to the terminal board itself, affecting its internal connections.
• Poor seating of the terminal board onto the main control board's header.
• Vibration or shock causing the terminal board connection to become intermittent.

   Perform a full power cycle of the drive (turn off main input power for 30 seconds, then reapply).

   Carefully inspect and re-seat any ribbon cables or direct connectors linking the terminal board to the control board.

   Examine the connector pins on both the terminal board and the control board for bent pins, corrosion, or damage.

   Gently press down on the terminal board to ensure it is fully seated on its mounting points and connectors.

   Check for any signs of physical stress or damage to the terminal board itself (e.g., cracks, loose components).
