Run disable

¿Qué significa 62 ?
The 'Run Enable' signal, which is required for the drive to operate, is currently low or inactive. This is a safety interlock designed to prevent the drive from starting. The drive will remain disabled until the run enable condition is met and the corresponding signal is active.
Causas comunes
- External safety relay (e.g., emergency stop circuit) contacts open, preventing the run enable signal (e.g., 24VDC) from reaching the drive input.
- Drive digital input (e.g., terminal 18, 27) configured as 'Run Enable' is not receiving the required voltage (e.g., 24VDC).
- Fieldbus command for run enable is not being sent or is incorrectly configured by the PLC or controller.
- Internal drive safety function (e.g., Safe Torque Off - STO) activated or not correctly reset.
- Drive parameter P5-10 (Digital input function) assigned to 'Run Enable' is misconfigured.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Measure voltage at the designated 'Run Enable' digital input terminal (e.g., terminal 18) with respect to common (terminal 20) (should be 24VDC when enabled).
- 2
Trace the 'Run Enable' signal back through any external safety relays, verifying their contact closure and integrity.
- 3
Check PLC/controller logic for the run enable bit and ensure it is being set correctly (e.g., through Modbus register 40001).
- 4
Verify the status of any integrated safety functions (e.g., STO) via drive diagnostics and ensure they are reset.
- 5
Confirm drive parameter P5-10 (Digital input function) is correctly assigned for 'Run Enable' (e.g., '8 = Start').
- 6
Inspect the digital input terminal for loose wiring or corrosion.
