• Failure of the internal cooling fan motor (e.g., seized bearings, open winding).
• Disconnection or damage to the fan's power cable or control signal wiring within the drive.
• Faulty fan control circuit on the drive's power board or control board failing to supply power to the fan.
• Blocked airflow to the fan preventing proper rotation or triggering an obstruction sensor.

   Measure voltage at the fan's power terminals (if accessible) when a run command is issued, comparing it to the fan's rated voltage (e.g., 24VDC, 48VDC, 230VAC).

   Check continuity of the fan's power and control wiring from the fan connector to the main board connection points.
