¿Qué significa 39 ?

An option board previously configured for slot A or B has been physically removed from the drive. This means the functionality provided by that specific option board is no longer available. This condition will persist until acknowledged or corrected.

Causas comunes

  • The option board configured for Slot A or Slot B (as indicated by parameter P5-01 or P5-02) is physically absent or not securely seated.
  • Incorrect re-installation of the option board after maintenance, or installation into a different, unconfigured slot.
  • Damage to the option board connector pins on the drive or the board itself, preventing proper electrical contact.
  • Corrupted drive configuration causing it to expect a specific option board in a slot that is now empty.
