¿Qué significa 385 ?
An option board that was configured for slot E has been physically removed from the drive. This means any features or connections provided by this option board are currently inactive. This fault will remain until appropriate action is taken.
Causas comunes
- The option board configured for Slot E (as indicated by parameter P5-05) has been physically removed.
- The option board was inadvertently removed and not re-installed in the correct Slot E.
- Improper seating of the option board in Slot E's connector due to incorrect alignment or insufficient insertion force.
- Failure of the drive's internal circuitry responsible for detecting option boards in Slot E.

1. With the drive powered off, carefully remove and re-seat the option board into Slot E, ensuring it is fully inserted.
