• The option board configured for Slot C (as indicated by parameter P5-03) has been physically removed or dislodged.
• Accidental removal of the option board during nearby equipment adjustments or drive troubleshooting.
• Installation of an incompatible option board type in Slot C, which the drive fails to recognize after configuration.
• Internal connector damage within Slot C on the drive's control board, preventing proper board detection.
