¿Qué significa 109 ?
The input pressure supervision signal (P3.13.9.2) has dropped below either the alarm limit (ID 1109) or the fault limit (ID 1409), indicating an issue with the system's input pressure. This could affect pump or process operation, potentially leading to cavitation, poor performance, or system shutdown.
Causas comunes
- Clogged filter element in the pressure transducer's sensing line, restricting fluid flow and causing a false low reading.
- Faulty pressure transducer (e.g., 4-20mA sensor) providing an incorrect low signal to the PLC/drive input (P3.13.9.2).
- Air or gas ingress into the hydraulic or pneumatic input line, leading to pressure fluctuations and a drop below set limits.
- Physical leak in the input pressure line or associated fittings, causing actual pressure loss.
- Parameter P3.13.9.2 (Input Pressure Fault Limit) or P3.13.9.1 (Input Pressure Alarm Limit) set incorrectly too high for normal operating conditions.
