TM150 Temperature Alarm Channel 10
Siemens · SINAMICS S120/S150 Reference List
¿Qué significa A35416 ?
This alarm is initiated when the actual temperature (r4105[10]) for channel 10 on Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured alarm threshold (p4102[20]). A timer (p4103[10]) is also started. The alarm will clear once the temperature falls below the threshold, factoring in the defined hysteresis (p4118[10]).
Causas comunes
- Component connected to TM150 channel 10 experiencing an elevated temperature due to an unexpected increase in operational demand or friction.
- Alarm limit p4102[20] is set below the normal operating temperature range of the monitored component.
- Deterioration of the component's thermal grease or interface material, impairing heat transfer to the sensor.
- Electromagnetic interference (EMI) severely disrupting the TM150 channel 10 input, causing spurious high readings.
- Partial blockage of air vents or cooling passages for the monitored component, leading to heat buildup.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
1. Monitor the real-time temperature value r4105[10] and the status of the alarm timer p4103[10].
- 2
2. Adjust the alarm threshold p4102[20] based on the component's safe operating temperature range specified by the manufacturer.
- 3
3. Verify the physical contact of the temperature sensor with the component and reapply thermal paste if necessary.
- 4
4. Inspect the sensor cable for TM150 channel 10 for proper shielding and grounding to mitigate EMI.
- 5
5. Remove any obstructions from the cooling system of the component and ensure proper airflow.
