TM120/TM150 Temperature Alarm Channel 3

This alarm is initiated when the actual temperature (r4105[3]) for channel 3 on Terminal Module 120 (TM120) or Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured alarm threshold (p4102[6]). A timer (p4103[3]) is also started. The alarm will clear once the temperature falls below the threshold, factoring in the defined hysteresis (p4118[3]).

• Minor increase in the control cabinet's internal temperature or the immediate environment of the equipment monitored by channel 3.
• Prolonged operation of the component on channel 3 at a higher average load, leading to a general temperature elevation.
• Ineffective heat dissipation due to minor blockages in ventilation or reduced fan performance for the TM120/TM150 or the channel 3 component.
• Aging or slight miscalibration of the temperature sensor on channel 3, causing r4105[3] to read marginally high.
• The alarm threshold parameter p4102[6] (Temperature alarm threshold channel 3) is set too conservatively for the application's typical operation.
