An internal CPU fault has occurred within the unit. This indicates a general internal processing error, which might be transient or indicate a more serious hardware issue.

• CPU exception handling mechanism failed.
• Fault tolerant mechanism within CPU failed.
• Critical driver not loaded or failed.
• Resource contention leading to CPU instability.
• Parameter P0012 (frequency scaling) related CPU fault.
