Dynamic Load Error

¿Qué significa dLF ?

A detected error related to the dynamic characteristics of the load. This could be an unexpected change in motor load, resonance, or mechanical issues affecting the motor's operation, which the drive's control system cannot compensate for.

• Sudden changes in load inertia (e.g., coupling failure, unexpected material blockage) exceeding drive's dynamic limits.
• Mechanical resonance in the system (e.g., motor, gearbox, driven machine) excited by specific operating frequencies.
• Encoder or motor feedback device slip, leading to an inaccurate representation of the motor's actual speed or position.
• Incorrectly tuned current or speed controller (e.g., Parameter P3-10 for PI gains) for the application's dynamic requirements.
• Motor shaft or coupling breakage, causing a sudden loss of mechanical connection to the load and free-spinning motor.

   1. Check for mechanical binding, excessive play, or damage in the motor coupling, gearbox, and driven machine.

   2. Observe motor current and speed actual values via the HMI during operation to identify sudden fluctuations or oscillations.

   3. Re-perform an autotune procedure (e.g., Parameter P0-01 = 1 for static tune, P0-01 = 3 for dynamic tune) to optimize motor control.
