Motor Overload

¿Qué significa OL2 ?

This fault indicates a motor overload condition, potentially caused by incorrect motor control settings, a jammed motor, continuous low-speed operation, or excessive load from the Altivar 212 drive.

• Incorrect setting of [Mot cont. mode sel.] (Pt).
• The motor is jammed or mechanically binding.
• Continuous low-speed operation is performed.
• Excessive mechanical load is applied to the motor.

   Select the correct setting for parameter [Mot cont. mode sel.] (Pt).

   Check the mechanical load for any binding or obstructions.

   Adjust parameter OLM ([Motor overload prot]) to the overload level that the motor can withstand during low speed operation.
