OC1
Overcurrent During Acceleration
Schindler · Altivar 212 Variable Frequency Drive
¿Qué significa OC1 ?
This fault indicates an overcurrent condition during motor acceleration by the Altivar 212 drive, often caused by excessively short acceleration times, incorrect motor control settings, or high-inertia loads.
Causas comunes
- Acceleration time is too short (ACC or F500).
- Incorrect setting of [Mot cont. mode sel.] (Pt).
- Drive is starting into a rotating load.
- Drive is powering a low impedance motor.
- Ground fault in the motor or cables.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Increase the acceleration time parameters (ACC or F500).
