Output Phase Loss Fault

¿Qué significa EPH0 ?

This fault is detected when one or more output phases to the motor are lost, leading to an imbalance or interruption in motor current from the Altivar 212 drive. This can severely affect motor operation and cause damage.

• Loss of one or more output phases.
• Bad connection in the output circuit (U, V, W terminals).
• Output disconnect has opened.
• Open winding in the motor.

   Inspect motor cable connections at the drive's output terminals (U/T1, V/T2, W/T3) for tightness and continuity.

   Measure the resistance of motor windings to identify an open circuit.

   Check parameter F605 ([Output phase loss]) setting.
