¿Qué significa Changer Comm ?

Indicates no communication with the coin changer for more than 2 seconds. This issue prevents coin acceptance and dispensing, rendering the changer inoperable.

• Loss of communication between the controller and the coin changer.

   Verify the supply voltage to the coin changer module's power input terminals is stable and within the specified operating range.

   Inspect all communication cables and connectors between the main elevator controller and the coin changer for physical damage, proper seating, and secure connections.

   Check the communication bus wiring for correct polarity, continuity, and absence of shorts or opens using an appropriate diagnostic tool.

   Verify the communication parameters (e.g., baud rate, parity, data bits, stop bits, device ID/address) configured in the elevator controller match those configured in the coin changer module.
