An error was detected during the memory check of the main memory in the CPU Unit's PLC Function Module. This fault is continuously monitored and indicates a critical issue with the CPU's primary memory. Both the user program and overall CPU Unit operation will stop upon detection, requiring a power cycle to recover.

• Conductive material has entered the CPU Unit or surrounding area.
• Noise interference causing data corruption in memory, microcomputer malfunctioning, or memory write circuit malfunctioning.
• Software error leading to data corruption, possibly due to external factors like cosmic rays or radiation.
• Hardware failure of memory elements or memory peripheral circuits within the CPU Unit.

   If conductive material is nearby, blow out the CPU Unit with air.

   Ensure no metal working is performed near the control panel. Use the control panel only when it is closed.

   Cycle power to the Controller to see if the error clears. If the error occurs frequently, check the FG (Frame Ground) and power supply lines, along with other noise entry paths, and implement appropriate noise countermeasures.

   If cycling power or resetting the Controller does not clear the error, replace the CPU Unit.
