The 'FFFF' display indicates that the system does not detect any applied or connected units (either indoor or outdoor). This suggests a unit might not be properly connected or is not receiving power.

• No compatible indoor or outdoor unit is connected to the system.
• Configuration error preventing the system from recognizing connected units.
• A unit has been physically disconnected or powered off.
• The control system is expecting a unit that is not present in the configuration.
