This error indicates a serious condition that significantly impacts module functionality and system operation. If the "Direct change setting" is enabled, the system might continue operation without stopping, but the error itself will persist.

   Verify the "Direct change setting" parameter at [Parameter] -> Module model name -> [CPU Parameter] -> "RAS Setting" -> "Online module change setting".
