Output Read-Back Error

Mitsubishi Electric · MELSEC iQ-R I/O Module

¿Qué significa 2002H ?

This error indicates an output read-back malfunction, triggered by either an overload or an overheat condition within the output circuit of an I/O module with diagnostic functions. An overload occurs when current exceeds the rated value, typically due to a short-circuit in the output. An overheat condition arises from excessive internal module temperature, often a result of sustained overcurrent. Both scenarios pose a risk of ignition and burnout to the module's internal circuits.

Causas comunes

  • Short-circuit in the output circuit causing current to exceed the rated value.
  • Output current exceeding the I/O module's rated output current.
  • Internal module temperature rise due to sustained overcurrent in the output circuit.
  • Connected load current failing to return below the module's rated level after an overload event.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Identify and rectify any short-circuits in the output circuit. Measure the output current and verify it is below the module's rated output current.

  2. 2

Ensure the connected load's operating current is within the I/O module's specified output limits.

  3. 3

Perform a reset operation on the remote head module.

  4. 4

Cycle power to the remote head module (turn power off, then on).
