x111

H11 (Temperature sensor error: Temperature inside the controller)

Lenze · 9300 Series

¿Qué significa x111 ?

The internal temperature sensor within the controller is reporting undefined values. This compromises the ability of the drive to monitor and protect itself against overheating conditions.

Causas comunes

  • Internal temperature sensor (e.g., on control board or power board) has failed or become disconnected.
  • Intermittent electrical connection to the internal temperature sensor within the drive.
  • Faulty analog-to-digital converter (ADC) on the control board failing to read the sensor correctly.
  • High ambient temperature exceeding the drive's operational limits, leading to sensor saturation or failure.
  • Firmware bug causing incorrect interpretation of the sensor's raw data.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Perform a power cycle to the drive by disconnecting mains power for at least 30 seconds.

  2. 2

Check the ambient temperature around the drive with a thermometer and ensure it is within the manufacturer's specified operating range (e.g., 0-50°C).

  3. 3

Inspect the internal components of the drive (if safe and accessible) for any obvious damage or loose connections, particularly to temperature sensors.

  4. 4

Verify that the cooling fan(s) inside the drive are operating correctly and that airflow is not obstructed.

  5. 5

If the fault persists after verifying environmental conditions and cooling, the internal temperature sensor or its reading circuit is faulty, requiring service.
