¿Qué significa ErP ?

A communication abort has occurred between the keypad and the standard device (e.g., fault codes ErP0 through ErP19), indicating a failure in data exchange. The specific cause can vary. This prevents proper interaction with the device via the keypad and requires expert assistance for diagnosis.

• Loose or damaged cable connection between the keypad and the drive controller.
• Keypad not securely seated in its mounting slot or having bent pins on the connector.
• Electrical noise interfering with the serial communication between the keypad and the device.
• Faulty keypad unit or damaged communication port on the drive controller.
• Firmware incompatibility or corruption on either the keypad or the drive controller.
