The STA1 (CIB_SR) Orange LED is OFF, indicating no supply voltage is present for the CIB_SR microcontroller I/O node. This prevents the I/O node from operating and can lead to communication failures or unresponsive I/O.

• The CIB_SR Microcontroller I/O Node (STA1) is not receiving power.
• Failure of the main power supply to the I/O node.
• Loose or damaged power connection to STA1.
• Fault in the power distribution unit supplying STA1.

   Check fuse F17.3 on the CCU_SR for continuity and proper rating.

   If the PWR/3.3V LED (Item 6, Page 98) lights up, indicating the 3.3V power is present, exchange the CCU_SR module as the fault is likely internal to the module's power distribution for the I/O node.
