One or more mains phases supplying the KPP/KSP device have failed. This suggests an issue with the incoming AC power supply to the drive, potentially leading to incorrect operation or shutdown.

• One or more phases of the main AC power supply to the KPP/KSP drive is absent or incorrect.
• Improper connection of three-phase power.
• Blown fuse or tripped breaker on the input power line.
• Internal fault in the KPP/KSP power input stage.
• Voltage imbalance between the phases.
