A communication error has occurred on the controller bus involving the KPP or KSP module for a specific axis. This indicates a disruption in data exchange, preventing the controller from properly commanding or monitoring the drive.

• EtherCAT cabling is damaged or improperly connected.
• EtherCAT stack malfunction.
• CCU module fault.
