This fault is signaled by the brake cable monitoring device, indicating a short-circuit, overloading, or a break in the brake connection affecting all axes. This is a critical safety fault, as it affects the ability to hold the robot axes.

• Short-circuit in the brake cable
• Overcurrent condition in the brake circuit
• Break in the brake cable connection
• No brake connected (if expected)

   Check the brake voltage for all axes.

   Measure the motor and brake for proper resistance and continuity.

   Inspect the brake cable and motor cable for physical damage, shorts, or breaks.

   Reinitialize the drive bus by cycling Power Off / Power On.

   Check the KSP module.
