Alarm Space 5 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
¿Qué significa MR5 ?
The MR5 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 5. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 5 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 5 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR5 will be in the '0' state.
Causas comunes
- Alarm condition triggered in Space 5 of the monitoring system.
- Parameter P5 has exceeded its defined alarm threshold.
- Sensor associated with Space 5 reporting an out-of-bounds value.
- Configuration error in Space 5 alarm limits.

- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 5 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 5.
- 3
If monitoring space 5 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR5 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
