Anti-slippage Operation Time Limit Exceeded
Kone · Frequency Inverter
¿Qué significa 25 ?
This error occurs when the lift fails to receive any leveling signal within the specified time limit defined by parameter F62. The default time limit is 32 seconds, with a configurable range between 20 and 45 seconds according to GB7588-2003. A prolonged absence of leveling signals indicates a failure in position detection during car movement, potentially due to slippage.
Causas comunes
- The lift fails to receive a leveling signal within the time set by parameter F62.
- Actual slippage of the car, where the measured slippage distance error exceeds 5mm.
- Incorrect car decoration weight or an unbalanced load affecting the balance coefficient.
- Malfunctioning or misaligned leveling switches or plates.
- Overshoot in the speed regulator preventing proper leveling.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify the value of parameter F62 (Time limit for anti-slippage operation); ensure it is within the 20-45 second range and appropriately set for the application.
- 2
Inspect and adjust the position of leveling switches and plates if the leveling deviation exceeds 15mm.
- 3
Review and verify the car's current balance coefficient, especially if car decoration has been completed or modified, and adjust if necessary.
- 4
For high-speed elevators experiencing persistent slippage, consider installing an encoder at the governor side for main-board position feedback.
- 5
Adjust parameter F24 to 2 (Analog with creep) or 0 (Multi-speed operation) to absorb slippage errors by creeping.
- 6
Check the leveling insert plate length consistency; the flashboard on the second floor is the benchmark for other floors, ensuring they are identical.
