This error indicates that one or more output phases to the motor are either missing entirely or exhibit a significant imbalance, suggesting an issue with the drive's output stage or the motor connection wiring.

• Open circuit in one of the motor phases (e.g., broken motor cable, loose terminal connection).
• Internal failure of an output IGBT or a complete phase leg within the drive.
• Poor or intermittent connection between the drive output terminals and the motor terminals.

   Disconnect the motor and measure the resistance between each pair of output phase terminals (U-V, V-W, U-W) on the drive; expect balanced readings.

   Check all motor cable connections for looseness, damage, or corrosion at both the drive output and motor input ends.
