Missing Phase by Output

Kone · Frequency Inverter

¿Qué significa 10 ?

This error indicates that one or more output phases to the motor are either missing entirely or exhibit a significant imbalance, suggesting an issue with the drive's output stage or the motor connection wiring.

Causas comunes

  • Open circuit in one of the motor phases (e.g., broken motor cable, loose terminal connection).
  • Internal failure of an output IGBT or a complete phase leg within the drive.
  • Poor or intermittent connection between the drive output terminals and the motor terminals.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Disconnect the motor and measure the resistance between each pair of output phase terminals (U-V, V-W, U-W) on the drive; expect balanced readings.

  2. 2

Check all motor cable connections for looseness, damage, or corrosion at both the drive output and motor input ends.

  3. 3

Measure the insulation resistance of the motor windings to ground and phase-to-phase using a megger to detect potential shorts or open circuits.

  4. 4

If safely accessible, verify the output switching of each phase from the drive using an oscilloscope or appropriate measurement tool.
