BMS Communication Fault

¿Qué significa 11 ?

A communication fault has occurred with the Battery Management System (BMS), preventing reliable data exchange. This is a warning only.

• Interruption in the communication line (e.g., CANbus) between the main controller and the BMS.
• Damaged communication wiring or loose connections.
• Temporary malfunction of the BMS communication interface.

   Inspect communication cables between the Kone Elevator Control and the Battery Management System (BMS) for damage, proper seating, and loose connections.

   Measure the supply voltage at the BMS input terminals to confirm it meets the nominal specification.

   Verify communication parameters (e.g., baud rate, device address, network ID) configured in the Kone Elevator Control and the BMS match the system documentation.

   Check for proper termination resistors on the communication bus, if applicable to the specific communication protocol used by the BMS.

   Perform a controlled restart of the Battery Management System (BMS) and the relevant elevator control module to re-initialize the communication link.
