Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Measure input supply voltage at the motor controller terminals and verify it is stable and within specified operating limits.
- 2
Inspect all power, communication, and motor feedback cabling connected to the motor controller for secure connections, damage, or signs of wear.
- 3
Perform a controlled power cycle of the motor controller to attempt to clear the watchdog fault and re-initialize the system.
- 4
Access the motor controller's diagnostic interface or display to review historical fault logs and current status for further diagnostic information.
- 5
Verify the motor controller's critical operating parameters and firmware version against the latest documentation or backup.
