Configuration Error

¿Qué significa ALARM (Config Error) ?

The phone board detects a problem with its configuration, manifesting as either a missing configuration or an incorrect one. This is indicated by a specific fast blinking pattern (0.3 s ON, 0.3 s OFF, 0.3 s ON, 2 s OFF). A configuration error can prevent the system from operating correctly, impacting communication and alarm processing capabilities.

• The configuration data has not been successfully downloaded or stored on the phone board.
• The existing configuration data on the phone board is corrupted or incomplete.
• Incorrect parameters or settings have been loaded onto the phone board during a previous configuration attempt.

   Perform a new configuration download to the phone board; utilize the DTMF configuration mode to ensure proper transfer.

   Compare the downloaded configuration parameters with the official system specifications for the KONE Remote Monitoring system (KRMS).

   If persistent, inspect the phone board for any physical damage or signs of component failure that could affect configuration storage.
