Min Travel Lmt 2
Indramat · ServoDyn D Servo Drive
¿Qué significa 34 ?
This error occurs in Automatic mode for Axis 2 if the commanded position is smaller than the value configured in Parameter 51 (Minimum Travel Limit A2). The system detects an attempt to move Axis 2 beyond its defined minimum operational boundary.
Causas comunes
- The programmed command attempts to move Axis 2 below its Minimum Travel Limit set in Parameter 51.
- Parameter 51 (Minimum Travel Limit A2) is set incorrectly or too high for the actual mechanical limits of Axis 2.
- Overshoot of Axis 2 during deceleration, causing it to briefly exceed the minimum limit.
- Incorrect position gain (Parameter 45) or tuning, leading to poor positioning accuracy for Axis 2.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify that the Axis 2 commanded position has exceeded the Axis 2 minimum travel limit.
- 2
Ensure that Parameter 51 (Minimum Travel Limit A2) is correctly set to reflect the actual minimum mechanical travel limit for Axis 2.
- 3
Adjust the user program to ensure that commanded positions for Axis 2 do not fall below the value specified in Parameter 51.
- 4
If overshoot is occurring, optimize the position gain (Parameter 45) for Axis 2 to improve deceleration and stopping accuracy.
- 5
Inspect the mechanical system for any binding or obstructions that could restrict movement or cause overtravel for Axis 2.
