Drive Runaway A2
Indramat · ServoDyn D Servo Drive
¿Qué significa 21 ?
This "Drive Runaway Axis 2" error indicates a conflict between the direction of the Axis 2 encoder feedback and the commanded polarity of Axis 2. This means the drive is trying to move in one direction, but the encoder reports movement in the opposite, or there's a misconfiguration in feedback/command polarity.
Causas comunes
- Direction Axis 2 parameter (P46) is incompatible with the wiring polarity of the Axis 2 encoder or the E1/E2 command inputs.
- Encoder Data A2 parameter (P41) does not accurately reflect the encoder used on Axis 2, leading to incorrect interpretation of feedback.
- RPM/Volts in Drive Sensit. A2 parameter (P43) does not match the Axis 2 amplifier's command input (E1/E2) characteristics.
- Physical movement of Axis 2 (e.g., by external forces) without a corresponding command voltage, causing a discrepancy.
- Incorrect wiring polarity of the Axis 2 encoder or the E1/E2 command inputs to the amplifier.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify that Parameter P46 (Direction Axis 2) is compatible with the wiring polarity of the Axis 2 encoder and the E1/E2 command inputs to the drive amplifier.
- 2
Confirm that Parameter P41 (Encoder Data A2) accurately matches the specifications of the absolute or incremental encoder installed on Axis 2.
- 3
Ensure Parameter P43 (Drive Sensit. A2) RPM/Volt setting corresponds to the actual RPM/Volt scaling of the Axis 2 amplifier's command input (E1/E2).
- 4
Inspect Axis 2 for any mechanical binding or external forces that could cause movement independent of electrical commands.
- 5
Check all wiring connections and polarities for the Axis 2 encoder and the E1/E2 command inputs to ensure they are correct and secure.
